Gina Carano is Mallory in HAYWIRE


    The reason I watch movies sometimes is just because of the fight scenes. That is why I liked the scene with Bruce Willis and Cyril Rafaelli in Die Hard 4. I repeated that scene like 40 times. And that one of Maggie Q kicking Willis' ass. That was also fun to watch. Those scenes had a way of making you think that those guys actually did their own stunts. Which they probably did. I appreciate that in a movie. Yes CGI is cool but lets leave that to Michael Bay, shall we?

      In terms of fighting scenes, I hated great movies like the Bourne series. Everyone tells me I am crazy for hating it and I wouldn't know a good action scene if it hit me in the face. The jumping through windows and car chases were fine and all but the physical fights didn't really make me want to hit the replay button. Too many cut-scenes if you ask me. A fist is thrown then the scene cuts and you get to see the fist land on a face then scene cuts to show you the guy falling. All being done superfast and with a lot of camera shakes. To make it feel real, is what they might have been aiming at. But all they did for me was hint that Matt Damon might not be that good at doing his own stunts. I cant wait to see him replaced by Jeremy Renner as Jason Bourne. I became a Renner fan immediately when he disarmed Tom Cruise twice on MI4. And I am yet to see him on Avengers.

      Anyway, my point. I thought I would never really see any cool fight scenes, until earlier today when I saw a movie called Haywire. If you have not heard of it, Haywire is a spy thriller movie that stars some really big names, like Banderas and McGregor and Fassbender and Tatum and Michael Douglas and Bill Paxton. I've put so many ands there that I think a GrammarNazi just committed suicide.
     The star of the show is, however, Gina Carano who plays Mallory Kane, a super sexy spy that can kick ass. I had never seen/heard of her before today but I feel in love immediately Tatum poured coffee in her face. my new Crush. This chick can fight. And the best part was, they were fewer cutscene than other beloved action flicks like, say the Bourne series. You can clearly see that it is her doing her own stunts.
     I made a video of the parts where she is kicking ass so you may let me know whether or not this is the most bad-ass chick you've seen in a movie. A young Cynthia Rothrock, if you will. I am not really good at this video editing so the video got a little blurry when things move fast. I am guessing it is something to do with the fact that i reduced the size of the clip without reducing the resolution?!?! I dunno. What the fuck is a bitrate? Anyway, you can go BUY the movie to get a better view and get to enjoy the movie.

      Apparently she will appear in the next Fast and Furious sequel. Isn't Michelle Rodriguez in that movie too. I really hope they get to fight. That would be awesome. It would be like the Vin Diesel vs Dwayne Johnson bit on Fast Five, only sexier and more masturbatable to. Wait, what?
    If they dont fight though, I wouldn't mind seeing one of them (or both, Lin make this miracle) make out with Rihanna. Yep, that Barbados 'princess' is rumoured to appear in that movie. And let's face it, Rodriguez and Carano look like they get down like that.... (in my head)
     Another role I'd like to see is Gina Carano as Wonder Woman, just because they mentioned it in Haywire. If they ever make a Justice League movie and Gina Carano is not Wonder Woman, that movie will not sell. Even if Superman is played by Batman himself. ('Hi, I'm Superbatman!)
    So um, yeah. If you had no idea I was a fan of movies, this is my coming out post. What movie has the best fight scene according to you and why?

HOW DO YOU LIKE THEM APPLES?

     I am very much a tech junkie. And like all of them, I have passed through the Apple phase. The Apple Phase is that phase that one believes that anything Apple Inc creates is the best thing that has ever happened to us since the previous thing Apple created. I am talking iPhones iPods, iPads, iMac and any iShit in general. I used to see them as pioneers of every new technology they said they came up with. But I am over that now. I am a bit too rational now. I do research before I make my decisions on these things. I do not base my opinion on just an iAdvert. My conclusion is this. iThings are way overrated.      Take the iPhone. Yes the touch screen is great and all but what good is a phone that has no network. The iPhone4 has a network issue that had it losing its network when held by right handed people. Something about installing its antennae at a stupid place. They issued a software to fix this. JUST REMEMBERED

      Back in high school we had really shitty toilets. No pun intended. This is literal. They were just full of themselves. You had to strip down to your bare minimum (boxers) just to avoid taking the stench out with you. And those were just the latrines. Do not get me started on the WC's. First of all, I don't get it. The toilet bowl is as wide as hell's gate. How the FUCK do you miss that shot from a range of 3 inches. No seriously, explain that to me.
